What is the meaning of intelligence? Factual knowledge? Trivia?
It seems like less of a tangible concept than Binet's Intelligence Quotient. The purpose of the the IQ test seemed to be for a different reason as well:
identify and help those lacking normally accepted reasoning faculties.
But this benevolence seems very supposititious- perhaps the reason for identifying any intelligence is to weed out and separate certain logical systems from the academic world. Why is intelligence confined within academia?
Why impose any limits on intelligence at all, by individualizing and isolating it as a rare and specific quality? Can it not be a congenital quality of everything?
